This application lets users cluster data stored on Geoscience ANALYST objects using the Scikit-Learn KMeans clustering algorithm. Leveraging Plotly visualization tools, users are able to assess the clustering results using histogram, box, scatter, inertia, and cross-correlation plots together with the 3D viewing efficiency of Geoscience ANALYST. This is a perfect tool to conduct meaningful Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), generate rock classifications, or map alteration footprints.

  • Cluster data on any support: points, voxets, surfaces, structural measurements, etc.
  • Quickly assess data quality
  • Data normalization
  • Scalable distribution to change weights of features
  • View results in Geoscience ANALYST and compare to other geoscientific data for your project
