Geoscience ANALYST Pro
- Annual subscription: individual and corporate licences available.
- Includes maintenance, software updates, and technical support.
Geoscience ANALYST Pro Geophysics and Pro Geology
- Annual subscription: individual and corporate licences available.
- Includes annual membership to the Geoscience ANALYST Pro Geophysics and Pro Geology consortiums.
- Includes maintenance, software updates, and technical support.
GOCAD Mining Suite and VP Suite
- Annual subscription model (perpetual licences are no longer available).
- Includes maintenance, software updates, and technical support (legacy perpetual licences are still supported if they remain under active maintenance).
- The number of users is defined by the number of tokens purchased.
- A typical licence is shared and can be used at one site and by one user at a time.
- Licences are FlexNet-based and require a continuous connection to your licence server (no “borrowed” use).
UBC-GIF
- Perpetual licence model: install and use the software indefinitely.
- The number of users is defined by the number of tokens purchased.
- A typical licence is shared and can be used at one site and by one user at a time.
- Licences are FlexNet-based and require a continuous connection to your licence server (no “borrowed” use).
- Maintenance and technical support are paid annually and allow users to have access to technical support and software updates.
Academic/non-profit licences
Geoscience ANALYST Pro
Mira Geoscience offers free Geoscience ANALYST Pro licences to universities and academic institutions. These licenses are for academic research and teaching use only and cannot be used for any commercial purpose. We also offer non-profit licences to qualifying non-profit organizations (NPO). These licences are valid for one year at a significantly discounted price compared to commercial licences.
Geoscience ANALYST Pro Geophysics and Pro Geology
Academic and non-profit licenses are available for universities and non-profit organizations (NPOs). These licenses are valid for one year and offered at a significantly discounted price compared to commercial licenses.
For participants of The Frank Arnott – Next Generation Explorers Award (NGEA™), temporary free licenses of both Geoscience ANALYST Pro Geophysics and Pro Geology are available for the duration of the competition. GOCAD Mining Suite and VP Suite
GOCAD Mining Suite academic/non-profit licences are available to universities and non-profit organizations (NPOs) only. These licences are valid for a period of one year at a time. To take advantage of the special academic/non-profit rates, your organization must first obtain from AspenTech their Aspen SKUA academic licences by completing and submitting the form at the following link: https://esupport.aspentech.com/S_AcademicOrderRequest.
UBC-GIF
- Mira Geoscience only sells commercial licences for UBC-GIF products. Academic licences are available and can be generated by the University of British Columbia https://gif.eos.ubc.ca/software/licenses_academic.

Aspen SKUA and GOCAD Mining Suite

| Graphic card adapter and driver |
For applications that provide advanced 3D visualization (Aspen RMS, and Aspen SKUA), a 3D graphics adapter supporting OpenGL 3.3 is required. Supported graphic cards are NVIDIA Maxwell and above. The NVIDIA Quadro series is strongly recommended.
Graphic cards from vendors other than NVIDIA may work but are not officially supported. With an inadequate 3D graphics adapter, these applications are not fully functional. |
